King's Lynn Old Town House is a beautifully restored grade II listed Georgian property based in the heart of the historic quarter of King's Lynn. Steps from the majestic River Ouse and only 30 minutes from the Hunstanton seafront and beaches, this stunning 4-bedroom home delivers a bright and airy feel with large Sash Windows and period features.
King's Lynn is full of history and was once home to one of England’s most important Ports dating back to the 12th century. With amazing markets, 3 impressive churches and a vibrant town, you’ll have plenty to do when staying at King's Lynn Old Town House.
Please note that due to the heritage status of the street, there is no onsite parking. However, you can unload at the property and then have the option of 2 public car parks with plenty of spaces within 2- minute walk of the property. Please retain your parking tickets and provide to us at the end of your stay as the owners will reimburse you the amount.
THE SPACE
Recently refurbished, King's Lynn Old Town House has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

This room also has a sofa bed that can be made up on request (please note this is an alternate sleeping arrangement so please notify us if you require this option).
The large family bathroom with shower over bath is also situated on the first floor. A further W/C is located on the ground floor.
The living room features 2 sofas, a wall mounted TV and a log burner for those wintry nights! Moving through into the dining room there is a table and chairs providing seating for up to 10 when fully extended. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including oven, hob, and dishwasher, ready and waiting for budding chefs to deliver their favourite dishes.
The private enclosed courtyard offers a wonderful spot to relax outside. There’s an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for a meal, sunny afternoon tea or a delicious cold beverage.
