Sitting Amongst Farmland, This Barn Offers A Peaceful Luxury Rural Retreat., Neatishead

Norfolk Broads. Sleeps up to 7

A fabulous detached barn conversion, located in the heart of the picturesque Norfolk Broads, which more than lives up to its 4* Gold and accessibility, walkers, cyclists and pet friendly accreditations. Sitting amongst farmland, Prince's Barn offers a peaceful luxury retreat where you can truly relax and unwind.

Formerly a heavy horse barn, Prince's Barn has been tastefully refurbished, with attention to detail and quality foremost in mind. With underfloor heating on the ground floor, and oak floors and doors throughout, it now offers light and airy, comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation for up to seven guests. Set over two floors, the ground floor is on one level throughout and so especially suitable for anyone with mobility issues (there is ramped access into both the house and garden). The spacious dual aspect living area flows into a superb fitted kitchen with breakfast area where doors open to the enclosed and private courtyard garden. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a luxurious master bedroom, with his and hers wardrobes, a deluxe en-suite bathroom and a fully glazed wall overlooking the garden, and a single bedroom with wide access into both the room and adjacent wetroom. Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms, and a family bathroom.

An ideal base for couples, families and friends around the year, there is plenty locally for holidaymakers to see and do whatever your inclination. Sporty types can bring their bikes or might want to try out water based activities such as sailing, canoeing, swimming (a private swimming pool is available to hire locally) or fishing. If you enjoy a slower pace of life, hire a cruiser and take a gentle tour of the Norfolk Broads. Birdwatchers and nature lovers are spoilt for choice and nearby How Hill and Alderfen nature reserves can be reached via the on-farm circular walks. Gardening enthusiasts are catered for too and can pick up lots of tips at both East Ruston and Hoveton Hall Gardens.
