Old Hunstanton is a tranquil village within easy reach of the popular Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, famous for its superb coastline, sandy beach, striped cliffs and the beautiful Esplanade Gardens. Nearby is the charming village of Heacham which is close to the ancient Roman Peddars Way and the Norfolk Coastal Path. Villages nearby include Dersingham and Snettisham, which is home to one of the many fascinating nature reserves in the area. Other nature reserves include Pensthorpe, Titchwell and Blakeney Point. You can take a trip on a steam train, visit the Sandringham Estate, explore the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or visit vibrant market towns including Holt and Fakenham. Cromer and King s Lynn are within easy reach. On entering this beautiful and welcoming traditional Norfolk Carr stone cottage you will find yourself in the light and attractive lounge, with plenty of comfy seating, Sky TV and a wood burner. Heading into the welcoming and traditional kitchen/diner, you will find a charming dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a wood burner with integrated small oven, separate oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a wine cooler. The washing machine and dryer are housed in the nearby utility room. Exploring the ground floor further, there is also a stylish and tastefully furnished sun room with plenty of seating and French doors opening out onto the garden. There s also a handy kids room / downstairs bedroom with TV, DVD and a sofa bed (made on request). There is also a ground floor wet room with a large walk in shower and WC. Going upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms on the first floor. There s a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite shower room complete with WC. There s also a king size double room and a twin room which overlooks the garden. You will also find a bathroom complete with a bath, hand held shower and WC. Stepping outside, you will find a charming enclosed garden. The terrace features garden furniture and there s a delightful lawn and BBQ, perfect for dining al fresco. Off road parking is available for two cars to the rear of the cottage.
