Magnificent panoramic views overlook the Wash to the Lincolnshire Wolds and Skegness in the distance. The property offers a wonderful situation for a holiday. Ample parking in the driveway leading to the patio, conservatory and enclosed gardens. Conservatory leads off the kitchen, which has direct access to the rear garden. Cane sofa and chairs. Dining table and 6 chairs. View to the garden. Main hallway off which you will find the three spacious ground floor bedrooms, one with a double, and two twins. (One of the twin bedrooms has sea views).
