With a spiral staircase present through the centre of the apartment, Kingston House offers a unique and interesting layout, with four bedrooms, a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms/WCs.

The four bedrooms include two king bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms feature ensuites, whilst there's also a family bathroom with shower over bath and a W/C on the third floor.

The kitchen, living room and dining area are all located on the same floor, separated by arched doorways. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with utensils, kitchenware and appliances including fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, with seating for up to 8 guests at the dining room table.

Bright and colourfully decorated, the lounge offers a homely environment for guests to relax after a busy day out in Cromer, with comfortable sofa seating, and a large flat screen smart television. Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, and children's books are also available.

There's a small outdoor balcony with seating for two, ideal for anyone looking to get a few moments peace to enjoy a cuppa and a good book.

We would like to make guests aware this property does have a spiral staircase throughout and features a layout which would not be suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility restriction. If in any doubt of whether this property will be suitable, please do contact us first.

There is no parking with the property. However, there is a car park 3 minutes away on foot (according to google maps) behind the visitor centre and costs £34 / week to park [Price might be out of date]. There are also streets within 5 minutes' walk of the property to the West where it is free to park if you can find a space. You can pull up outside the property to unload.

Located in Cromer, this cottage is near the beach. Cromer Pier and Felbrigg Hall are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Little Gems and Amazona Zoo. Priory Maze & Gardens and North Norfolk Railway are also worth visiting.
