There is parking for two cars on the brick weave driveway right next to the house and a local charging point for electric cars at the nearby Morrisons Supermarket.
As you enter the front door, you are in a small hallway area with the stairs directly in front of you, the lounge to the left and the kitchen to the right.
Lounge
This lounge in this property is fantastically light and airy, featuring a large bay window to the front, fireplace with wood burner, parquet flooring throughout, neutral tones and luxurious sofas and decor.
Kitchen/Diner
This newly fitted and very modern kitchen has been designed with the guest in mind. Very well thought out and features a large stand-alone island with recessed hob, plenty of worktop space and food prep areas, a large built-in oven, butler sink, tiled flooring throughout and state of the art appliances including microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a large dining table to seat 8 people and a window seat, to get lost in a book or watch the world go by.
Downstairs en-suite bedroom
This king-size bedroom leads off the kitchen diner and has the bonus of having an en-suite bathroom, featuring a loo, a large open walk-in shower and a sink unit.
Conservatory with WC
An added bonus to this property is the luxurious conservatory situated off the kitchen, with seating, lamps, jute rug and patio doors leading to the garden. It's warm and cosy and full of light. There is also a small WC situated between here and the kitchen, which is very handy indeed.
Upstairs bedrooms
The three upstairs bedrooms are decorated in warm neutral tones, with pictures, lamps, bedside tables and more. They comprise two king-size bedrooms and a triple bunk bedroom made up of a double and single bunk, all in white and grey tones and with a spacious feel about them.
Master bathroom
The sumptuous master bathroom hosts a stand-alone claw foot bath, sink unit, chrome towel rail, tiled flooring, panel-boarding and a walk-in shower enclosure. With a large window aspect adding to the airy feel.
Garden and Hot tub
There is a small garden to the front of the property, with side gate and brick weave driveway, also plenty of space for two cars to park. The back garden is very secure due to being made up of brick wall and high fencing all around, it's mostly private and housing a brand new hot tub.
This vacation home is located in Cromer. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Coast and Holt Country Park, while The Garden House and Cromer Museum are cultural highlights. Little Gems and Amazona Zoo are also worth visiting.
