The perfect base for exploring the Norfolk countryside and coastline, offering a fully enclosed secure garden ideal for both children and dogs, to play safely while the wine chills and the sun goes down. Or why not snuggle up and enjoy a hot chocolate under the stars on the decking.

The house is extremely light and bright, and the lovely open-plan kitchen/dining room is the heart of the house. Tastefully decorated, it’s the ideal place to come back to after a busy day exploring the Norfolk coast. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, before retiring to the spacious sitting room with great views and a cosy log burner, comfy sofas, and television.

There is lovely king-size en-suite bedrooms, along with a double, triple and twin, family bathroom, downstairs WC and, the entire back of the house boasts open views to the countryside and lighthouse, perfect for birdwatching and relaxing. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with large lawned area and decking with garden furniture, so you can enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on warmer evenings.

With the beach only a 2-minute walk away and the local pub and shop also within walking distance, you don’t have to venture very far to enjoy your break.

As you pull off the street and on to the gravelled front garden, there is plenty of off-street parking and a gated driveway, holding around 5 cars in total. From the side entrance off the driveway, you enter straight into the hub of the house, the kitchen.

Kitchen/Diner: A decent sized, modern, and well-equipped kitchen with ample storage space and food preparation area, a view over the front garden and passing walkers, fridge, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and ample pots and pans, baking trays, utensils and crockery. There is also a large country style dining table and chairs, and tv in the open planned space.

Utility: The separate utility area leading from the kitchen houses a second under counter fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and storage.

Lounge: The lounge area comprises several large and comfy sofas, cushions and throws, smart TV, and a wood burner so you can cosy up in front of the fire.

Double downstairs bedroom: The smallest of the bedrooms houses a small double divan bed, large window overlooking the driveway and on to the fields opposite, bedside tables and lamps, and drawers.

Downstairs WC: Lovely little WC with sink and toilet next to the utility room.

Upstairs

Master en-suite: The very generous master bedroom features a large window with fantastic views, a super king size bed, bedside tables, lamps and more. The en-suite features a shower, sink and WC.

Second bedroom: with two single beds and a third trundle beds, an ideal room for the kids, with bedside tables, lamps, and clothes storage area.

Third bedroom: with a zip link bed which can be a king or two single beds, a large window overlooking fields, bedside tables, and lamps.

Family bathroom: This lovely fresh family bathroom offers a toilet, sink, bath, and shower enclosure, with heated towel rail, tiled floor, and window.

Conservatory: Light bright space with seating and patio door access to the decking area

Outside: A fully enclosed garden with fencing all around, it is very safe for children and dogs to run around and play and has a raised decking patio area with a garden furniture and a large, grassed area. The perfect place to while away those balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine, after a long day at the gorgeous local beaches

This vacation home is located in Norwich. Norfolk Broads and Norfolk Coast reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include East Ruston Old Vicarage and The Museum of the Broads. Sim-Air and Hoveton Hall Gardens are also worth visiting.
