As you approach this hilltop property up the driveway you can t help but turn around and marvel at the clear and truly special views of Cromer town and further views out to the sea. To the right are views across to the lighthouse in the distance. Upon entering this perfect seaside holiday home, you ll find a hallway with the splendid lounge area to your left. The lounge has a large comfortable Chesterfield sofa and armchairs providing seating for up to eight guests. A large smart TV and bi fold doors pan the width of the lounge with those magical views providing a wonderful backdrop gather around with friends and family and relax while looking out to Cromer. Leading off from the large lounge is the first bedroom with a king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin upon request), and the room has a very tasteful en suite shower room with WC. Down the hallway and past the front door you will arrive at the open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen replicates a home from home feel with its electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher complete with brilliant sea views from the windows. The dining area has a table along with eight chairs to enjoy a light snack or a full meal with loved ones and discuss the adventures ahead. From here you then have a choice of two bedrooms complete with a stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom complete with plenty of storage, while bedroom three has a king size bed with garden views and more storage. The final bedroom has a double bed and a widened doorway with an en suite wet room with sink and WC. There is an enclosed garden and patio area to the rear of the property which backs onto several acres of public woodland accessed by both a public and private access footpath. It really is a perfect place to relax, take in the fresh sea air and enjoy some cocktails and a spot of al fresco dining.
