This delightful cottage is situated on the owners working farm where you can enjoy marvelling at the many farm animals on site, including alpacas and birds of prey. Nestled in acres of farmland with an abundance of walks and cycle trails straight from the doorstep, it is the ideal rural haven for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The stunning East Yorkshire Coastline is within a 15 minute drive and the Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve is just 18 miles away. For a historic day out, visit the market town of Beverley (14 miles) or the ancient walled city of York (41 miles), where you can browse the cobbled streets and indulge in a spot of retail therapy. Step inside at the rear through a set of patio doors and feel instantly at home in the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Cosy up on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is stylish and fully equipped with everything you could need, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A dining table sits in the corner of the room providing the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the family whilst planning activities for the day ahead. Towards the front of the cottage is a hallway with plenty of space for coats and muddy boots and a downstairs WC. When it is time to retire for the evening, head upstairs where you will find two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin (which can be made into a super king size on request). To complete the property is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside, enjoy al fresco dining on the veranda with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ.
