Visit the RSPB sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs and the headland with its dramatic chalk cliffs is only 15 miles from the cottage. The Wolds scenery is breath taking with rolling chalk hills and valleys, situated south of the North Yorkshire Moors, a place you will want to return to time and time again. Step into the spacious kitchen/diner, well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. Enjoy a chat over a cup of tea on the comfortable table and chairs and discuss what s on the menu for dinner. A door from the kitchen/diner leads through to the utility room with washing machine, WC and coat hooks. Double glass doors lead from the kitchen/diner into the dining room where you can enjoy a meal together and decide where to explore the following day. From the dining room glass doors lead through to the front entrance hall with further space to hang your coats, store bikes, muddy boots and wellies. Leading off the dining room to the right, you will find the lounge with duel aspect windows to enjoy the views, a comfy sofa to snuggle up on and enjoy a good film on the TV/DVD. Heading upstairs you will find a spacious landing with three bedrooms, all with TV s and magnificent views. One double and king size bedroom, one with en suite shower room and WC, and the other has an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Lastly, there is one twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a king size on request) with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside there is an enclosed lawn garden ideal for dogs, with table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ. To the front of the cottage is a further lawn area with a table and benches to enjoy the views. There is off road parking for three cars and a bicycle storage area.
