Set on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and not far from the North Pennines and Nidderdale, there is plenty of countryside to explore on foot. In an enviable location, this Georgian townhouse is set over three floors. Step inside the hallway and make your way through the lounge with comfy sofas and Smart TV, or find a seat in the second lounge across the hallway ideal for groups of all ages. There is a dining area where you can enjoy sociable meals with your whole party and maybe a board game after dinner. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave; there's even a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for your morning cup of coffee, which you can enjoy sitting outside in the patio area. There is a shower room with a shower and WC on the ground floor. Heading up to the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two king size and one twin. Each room has its own shower room with shower and WC, of which one is en suite. Leading up to the second floor are the final two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower and WC and a twin room. Opposite this room is another shower room with a shower and WC. From the kitchen, step out to the large south facing patio. The ideal place to relax and bask in the afternoon sun after a day walking around the dale. Dine alfresco and light up the gas BBQ. There is an external bike store available with a washing machine. There is off road parking for three cars.
