This beautiful farmhouse is just a short drive from the historic market town of Richmond and its famous castle, close to the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Explore the charming market towns of Leyburn and Middleham. Explore the magnificent Jervaulx Abbey and Fountains Abbey, worth a visit at any time of the year. An excellent location to explore the great outdoors, with some great walking, cycling trails and bridleways close to the property. A little further afield why not take a trip to the charming market town of Northallerton and indulge in some retail therapy or treat yourself to afternoon tea in the famous Betty s Tearoom. Stepping inside you will find the sumptuous lounge with its cosy wood burner, where you can snuggle up and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV and relax after a day of exploring. Prepare a family meal in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen you head out into the hallway and you will find a pretty double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and WC. Off the lounge you will find a twin bedroom with a door leading out to the garden. Heading up the cottage style stairs you will find the further three bedrooms, one double, one four poster, one with an en suite bathroom and WC and the other twin bedroom. Completing this floor, you will find the bathroom with bath and WC. Heading outside you will find the enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture, a fire pit and sheltered charcoal BBQ area. If you are bringing your bikes with you there is a large shed which is ideal bicycle storage. There are stables for four horses next to the property. There is ample off road parking for six cars.
