Lavender House is a newly renovated Victorian mid-terrace property, originally built in 1856 and situated in the wonderful seaside town of Whitby. It is ideally located for touring the North York Moors National Park and the North Yorkshire Heritage Coast as well as the town itself. The interior of the property has a modern feel while maintaining aspects of the traditional Victorian design. The large, four-floor terrace property can be accessed from the front or rear. Enter from the front passing by a lawn and patio area then up the steps into a classic high ceiling entrance hall. Alternatively, there is an entrance at the rear, at street level, leading to the rear courtyard with patio furniture and is perfect for sitting outside on a sunny day. The ground floor boasts a large kitchen, with a table big enough to seat ten comfortably, and utility which gives plenty of room to cook, enjoy meals and relax among family and friends. This floor has access to a Jack and Jill shower room with WC and basin. On the top floor you will find the second double bedroom which has a king size bed. This cosy attic room has windows which offer sights across the town, abbey and out to the sea. The bedroom is also fitted with en-suite facilities. Full of modern style but with a twist of classic seaside character this spacious terrace property retains its original features with a stylish contemporary finish. A prime location in the centre of Whitby, close enough to the centre to walk in and far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle when you want to be relaxing.
