Apartment One
Entrance is through the courtyard and the conservatory door. The conservatory is set up as a dining room with a large dining table and 6 dining chairs, electric blinds and underfloor heating for the colder days. Through from the conservatory to the fully fitted airy kitchen with roof lights feature.

Kitchen with Miele appliances. Built in bean to cup espresso machine, combination microwave oven, steam/fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The lounge is off the kitchen with electric blinds, wall mounted TV, Blu-ray player, SKY TV, broadband internet. There is a large sofa bed which provides accommodation for a further 2 guests.

Bedroom One
boasts high ceiling to floor windows with electric blinds, super-king bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, arm chair and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Two
features original leaded bay windows, super-king bed, large wardrobe with built in chest of drawers, TV & DVD player, en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating.

Apartment Two
This is a garden apartment accessed down 6 wide stairs to its own private entrance.

Fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, job, microwave, toaster and kettle. Fully equipped for self catering.

Lounge with large screen smart TV with SKY & Fibre Internet. Board games including "Harrogate Monopoly"

The modern house bathroom has a walk in deluge shower, toilet and basin.

There is also a dining area with seating for 4.

Plentiful on street parking available outside the house. There is a courtyard area for sitting out at the front.
