A luxury 5 bedroom stone built property,formerly a flour mill dating back to early 1800,s. Set in 3/4 acre grounds the old mill is surrounded by woodland and a stream running through. Situated on the edge of Ruswarp and 6approx 1 mile from the harbour.

Larpool Mill has being lovingly restored to make a luxury 5 ensuite bedroom retreat which guests can enjoy the the best of both country and beach life.

Whilst renovating some of its industrial heritage was uncovered and restored and are featured in the property. The property has been luxuriously finished to a high standard just as it’s sister Misty Cottage in Whitby, the reviews on their alone speaks volumes.

There are 4 ensuite bedrooms in the mill and 1 ensuite bedroom in the annexe.

Spread over 3 floors, the ground floor comprises of a large kitchen/diner, a formal dining room which comfortably seats 12 and a lounge with inglenook fireplace and wood/coal burning stove.
On the first floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms. There is also a snug/library on this flooring with an IMac, printer, a tv and Nintendo Switch. We have 2 single guest beds which can be put up in this room (and could then be used as a 6th bedroom) . The beams that originally held the workings of the millstone have been restored and are a main feature in this room.
On the second floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms.
Outside is the annexe with 1 ensuite bedroom.
The gardens are secluded and there is parking for 5 cars on the drive.





Located in Whitby, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Captain Cook Memorial Museum and Whitby Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Museum of Victorian Science and The Moors National Park Centre.
