There are 2 bedrooms and a sharing bathroom on the first floor, 2 En suite bedrooms, a large living area and utility room on the ground floor and 1 ensuite bedroom, a kitchen and a large dining room on the lower floor with a cloakroom and seperate WC on the lower ground floor
Outside the cottage can be accessed from the ground and lower ground floor.
There are lawned gardens to the front and side of the cottage and a patio/ bbq at the rear.
There is a drive at the side of the cottage with parking for 2 cars and plenty of on street parking.

Located in Whitby, this cottage is near the beach. Whitby Pavilion and Whitby Abbey are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Whitby Golf Club and Whitby Harbour.
