107 and 109 Nunnery Lane - a House of York Holiday home combine as one pet friendly rental (they are next door to each other), it has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a games room and a basement cinema. Each house is perfect for 5 people - a 6th person incurs additional cost of £20 per per stay.

Please note we do not accept stag or hen parties, the house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is set up for families and groups of friends looking for a lovely quiet place to stay in the centre of York.

Located by the city walls and ‘Bishy Rd’ (voted Britain’s best high street) and a 5 min walk into the centre of York it's perfect for friends or families looking for a great place to stay. Paid parking is a 2 min walk and we're a 10 min walk from the station.

Kitchen and dining area: Everything you need to make proper family meals, a dining table that seats up to 6 (high chair on request) and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and drying rack.

Cinema and games room: In the basement there is a cinema room and a games room with board games and table football.

Double bedroom bedroom: Get a great nights sleep in the double bed.

Attic bedroom: A quiet sanctuary that can be set up as a super king or two singles. A fold up bed can also be set up for an additional nightly charge of £20 per night.

Single bedroom: A perfect room for an adult or child with plenty of storage space.

Family bathroom: Relaxing space with a Japanese-style deep soaking tub, separate shower, large sink and toilet (baby bath on request).

Courtyard: A small but beautiful south-facing courtyard with a table, bench and chairs that are perfect for pre-dinner drinks on a sunny day.

Parking: There is local paid parking available thats just a 2 min walk from the house.
