A magnificent Georgian property - spacious, luxury accommodation for up to 13 guests with cinema and games room, just 5 minutes' walk to all the amenities of the historic town of Whitby.

Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor there is a spacious TV with a 60" LED Smart TV, Smart 3D Blu-ray DVD player, 120 watt soundbar system with Bluetooth and Subwoofer together with a games room that includes a pool table and a football table - perfect for relaxing and having fun if the weather clouds over!
Ground Floor
St Hilda’s comprises superb accommodation including a large reception hall with beautiful curved staircase. An elegant drawing room has bay windows overlooking the gardens, comfortable seating and an open fire. A second large reception room, a sitting room - or children’s play room with toys, books and games - also has an open fire.

The extensively equipped kitchen is very stylish with granite work surfaces and includes a double oven, hob, dishwasher plus a Nespresso cofee system with a box of fragrant coffees to choose from. It also has a dining area so you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the cook work - or we can arrange for a chef to come and prepare a meal as a special treat! A useful utility room has a washing machine, a dryer and an airer. Off here is a downstairs WC with hand wash basin.
First Floor
This truly fabulous house has a gorgeous master bedroom with a Super King size bed, original fireplace and a stylish en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin. There is a second double bedroom with a Super King size bed as well as a charming family bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a single bed. This floor also has a shower room plus a separate WC with hand wash basin.
Second Floor
This floor has two beautiful double bedrooms, each looking out over the pretty Pannett Park, towards the North Yorks Moors. There is a magnificent house bathroom on this top floor, with a roll top bath, wet room area, WC and hand wash basin, and fabulous views across to the harbour and Whitby Abbey.
Outside
With private parking for four cars, there is also a beautiful enclosed walled garden with a lawn and borders to the front with a terrace, complete with table and chairs, to sit and relax. The property also has a good size, paved courtyard to the rear - perfect for storing bikes - with potted plants and a bench.

Town: The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.

This cottage is located in Whitby. Whitby Museum and Whitby Pavilion are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Whitby Harbour and Whitby Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Museum of Victorian Science, or check out an event or a game at Towbar Express Stadium.
