The Space:
Each room in Otterhill has been carefully designed and furnished to ensure the ultimate experience when staying here. Large windows surround the house allowing you to enjoy views across the well-manicured private gardens and rolling countryside.

Upon entering Otterhill you are welcomed into a bright spacious hallway with spiral staircase winding to the first floor. The ground floor consists of a study, six bedrooms, four of which are ensuite and one large family bathroom.

The study features double desk space and a library area with views onto the tree lined private driveway, the ideal spot if you need to log on during your stay.

Each of the six double bedrooms feature calm, cool colour palettes, creating a relaxing space to rest. With floor to ceiling windows, every room is flooded with light during the day, which can be blacked out with roller blinds for the evening hours. All beds are dressed in crisp white linen and plush throws and cushions. Four of these bedrooms feature an ensuite while the other two bedrooms have use of the large family bathroom.

Head up to the first floor and you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom, a large kitchen-dining area, two living areas and three terraces.

The modern kitchen has been designed to an impeccable standard. The bespoke cabinetry is simple and sleek while the moulded concrete worktops and island add a touch of industrial style to the room. Four leather high stools are tucked neatly under the island, this is the perfect spot for entertaining whilst cooking. The floor in this space is just as impressive; the grey toned Italian stone finishes the room to a pristine standard.

The dining table features a large oak dining table with matching benches and additional leather chairs. The teardrop, eddison bulb lighting hangs delicately over the dining table and brings a soft tone to the room when the lighting is low.

Large sliding doors lead you onto a balcony with relaxed seating. This space is designed with entertaining in mind.
Both living areas include a selection of luxurious sofas and occasional seating. An open flume fireplace and log store are the main feature of the hallway-living area. The glass top, stone base coffee table is a real stand out piece in this space.

Follow on through to the main living area and you are welcomed with floor to ceiling glass doors, one leads to a perfectly manicured grassed area and the other to a private decking area.
As with all rooms in the house you are surrounded with unique interiors.

The master bedroom and private bathroom are the final rooms of the house. The colour in this room is a palette of soft whites and grey tones. The large windows bring the natural beauty of the outside in and you can step out of bed and straight onto the shared terrace to enjoy your morning coffee.

The bathroom consists of a freestanding bath, walk in shower, double sink and private WC.
