This charm-filled grade II listed farmhouse rests in the lovely village of Ravensworth in North Yorkshire, and can sleep 16 guests in 8 bedrooms.

Mill Farm House is a stone-bulit, grade II listed property situated north of Richmond in the peaceful village of Ravensworth, Yorkshire. It boasts seven bedrooms; a super king-size double with en-suite bathroom, a twin, a single with en-suite shower room, a king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request), as well as a single, a double and a twin in the barn annex, sleeping 16 altogether. There is also a bathroom in the main house and a ground floor cloakroom along with a kitchen/diner with woodburning stove, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and a second sitting room. The annex comprises a bathroom, ground floor shower room, and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a ground floor utility and a games room. Outside is an enclosed front garden with seating as well as a vegetable patch, lawn and further seating in the garden opposite the property. Mill Farmhouse is a refreshing getaway in a wonderful region of North Yorkshire.

Amenities: There is currently some construction work taking place behind and to the side of Mill Farm House and we hope this will not disturb you during your stay, because the gardens and the paddock are to the front of the house, they are not affected although there will be a small amount of traffic along the shared driveway, The work takes place during working hours (8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday). Oil central heating with three woodburners. Oil-fired cast iron Esse range, induction hob and double electric oven, microwave, four fridges, one freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, two dishwashers, 2 x smart TVs with Freeview, DVD player, wireless speaker, radio, unlimited fibre WiFi, library of books, games and DVDs. Logs and kindling for woodburner included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Enclosed walled garden with paved terrace and furniture. Small sloping lawned garden with shallow stream and furniture. Large lawned paddock and orchard with fruit trees. Ample off road parking within grounds. Secure bike storage in games room. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shops ¼ mile and 1 mile, pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property is situated next to farmland, with farm vehicles passing infrequently. Note: There are unfenced steps in the garden and the stream (which can swell dramatically) is unfenced in places, children to be supervised at all times. Note: The fireplace in the end sitting room is not to be used. Please note: this property no longer accepts bookings with pets, however there are some forward bookings up to 19/4/24 where pets will be staying at the property

The Swaledale market town of Richmond and the Teesdale market town of Barnard Castle are nearby and offer a wide range of amenities and shops.

This cottage is located in Richmond. Richmond Market Place and The Station are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Yorkshire Dales National Park and Foxglove Covert Local Nature Reserve.
