There are many pleasant walks from the doorstep, and the area provides outstanding opportunities for cycling and mountain biking, while access to the Settle-Carlisle Railway is just half a mile away. Giggleswick itself has two pubs, and there are enhanced amenities in Settle with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Malham Cove/Tarn, Janet's Foss and Gardale Scar are all a short drive away, and nearby attractions include the Falconry Centre, the four-day market at Skipton, Skipton Castle and the Three Peaks. With the Dales to explore, as well as the Lake District National Park within reach, Foxholes Lodge is a superb holiday destination, at any time of the year.
