This completely renovated top floor apartment is situated in the centre of Whitby off Flowergate close to shops, pubs and all of Whitby's amenities. It has some fantastic views of the harbour and the Abbey over the rooftops.

Entrance. Stairs lead up to the apartment. Hallway. The apartment has a door answer-phone system. Wooden floors throughout. Spacious, modern, well-equipped kitchen with tiled floor and dining facilities. There is a modern bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath and hand shower attachment, toilet and washbasin. A bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Original fireplace. A light and airy lounge with sensational views of the harbour. As there are about 40 steps leading up to the property, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Refrigerator, gas hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. All appliances are built-in. 37 inch plasma colour TV with video and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen is provided. A cot is provided upon request. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets.
