The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bedroom with a 24-inch Freeview TV and a single bedroom, both designed for comfort. The shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, and additional amenities like a shower seat are available upon request.

Guests will benefit from oil central heating, inclusive utilities, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request, along with a welcome pack upon arrival. The cottage features an enclosed decked area with garden furniture for outdoor relaxation, as well as access to a shared grassed area and play area within the ½ acre grounds. Eldin Hall Cottages, where Cottage One is situated, are newly restored from an old Victorian waterworks and consist of four cottages that share a laundry room and outdoor facilities. The owners reside on-site and are available to assist guests with information about the area. The location between Cayton and Cayton Bay places visitors conveniently near the beach, which is less than a mile away, and offers easy access to nearby attractions such as the popular seaside town of Scarborough and the scenic cliffs along the Cleveland Way walk.

Nearby, the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is a must-visit for birdwatching enthusiasts, featuring puffins and other seabirds. Additionally, the historic city of York, consistently rated as one of the top destinations to visit, is less than an hour’s drive or a direct train ride from Scarborough.
