A luxurious riverside apartment with large balcony situated in central York. Part of a small prestigious private gated community which has underground on-site parking and a lift from the car park to the apartment. The restful designer interior includes a bespoke kitchen with Neff integrated appliances and granite work surfaces. Quality furnishings throughout with comfortable beds, fine linens and blackout blinds for a perfect night’s sleep. TV in each room with Netflix in the living room. Climate controlled in bedrooms and living room for our increasingly warm summers.

We have tried to make our apartment feel like home so our guests feel they have somewhere relaxing and comfortable to come back to after a busy day exploring all that York has to offer. For guests wishing to smoke (includes vaping), there is a communal terrace in the grounds overlooking the river with magnificent city views. We ask that guests refrain from smoking on the apartment's private covered balcony. Being within the building line, smoke could cause distress to neighbouring apartments.

The underground car park has allocated parking. Details of the space and gate entrance will be sent to you to ensure your vehicle is of a suitable size. Please park considerately within the marked bay.

Single gender non-family groups of more than two are not permitted without prior agreement.

Only guests registered to stay in the property may stay in the property. No other person(s) may enter the property or grounds without prior permission from the host.

All carpets are of a pale colour. We politely ask guests to remove outdoor shoes on carpeted areas.

As the apartment is situated in a residential development, we ask all guests to respect their peace and quiet.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Howardian Hills and Rowntree Park, while York Grand Opera House and York Army Museum are cultural highlights. York Dungeon and Yorkshire's Winter Wonderland are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
