Rosemount Apartment is a lovely, contemporary first-floor apartment just outside the centre of Whitby, North Yorkshire. Sleeping three guests in two bedrooms with a spacious living/dining room, Rosemount Apartment is ideal for a small family holiday. Next door to the kitchen is a utility/cloakroom, convenient for storage, with a washing machine, WC and basin. Rosemount Apartment also has a small outdoor decking area to kick off your muddy boots after discovering some fantastic parts of Yorkshire. The centre of Whitby is just a short drive away, a beautiful seaside town with an abundance of restaurants and cafés for when you don’t feel like cooking, along with the historical ruins of Whitby Abbey, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum or you can simply relax on Whitby Beach. A little further south lies Robin Hood’s Bay, a small fishing village perfect for a family day out, with sandy beaches, plenty of rock pools to explore and ancient fossils to find, or wander the narrow, twisting cobbled streets and discover the local businesses. Heading further south, you’ll reach Scarborough, a bustling resort town with two bays with sandy beaches and plenty of historical sites to explore, such as Scarborough Castle, the Victorian Tram Railway and The Rotunda Museum for local coastal geology. To the north of Rosemount Apartment sits Middlesbrough, a larger town with bustling high streets for plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs for a great night out, or get to know the well-known cultural and entertainment scene, such as the Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art.
