Set just a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of the city centre this property has all you need for any length of stay in the city. You'll find a charming mix of original Victorian period features such as the old tile and wooden flooring, bold use of colour, and modern furnishings. Natural light is aplenty, which radiates the thoughtful touches and accents in each room.

Upon entering the property from its private entrance you are greeted with an open plan living dining room which leads into the kitchen.

The living area includes use of a large velvet sofa and ottoman. (Please note the wood burning stove is only decorative). To keep yourselves entertained, there are board games, a small library and a 28 inch Smart TV with streaming applications (no Freeview). This flows through into the dining area where there is a table and four chairs, plus a corner armchair which is makes a peaceful reading space.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and home dining. Appliances includes use of an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Outside you'll find a sunny courtyard complete with outdoor furniture.

Moving upstairs you'll find the house bathroom at the end of the house complete with shower over the bath.

The rear double bedroom is slightly smaller. In this room is a double bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. The master bedroom is to the front of the house. In this room, there is a king size bed, two built in wardrobes and a vanity unit with stool.

Up the second flight of stairs which will bring you to the light and airy office in the loft. It's a perfect spot if you need a bit of peace to catch up on some work in between exploring the city.

This vacation home is located in York. Rawcliffe Country Park and Howardian Hills reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Yorkshire Museum Gardens and Yorkshire Museum. York Dungeon and National Railway Museum are also worth visiting.
