A great base to get away from it all and to be in tune with nature. A perfect rural sanctuary with the charming village of Pateley Bridge being close by, home to the oldest sweet shop in England. The Victorian spa town of Harrogate home of the RHS Gardens at Harlow Carr features an array of restaurants, independent boutiques, antique shops, pubs and cafes and the famous Betty's Tea Rooms. Local attractions include Brimham Rocks (3.5 miles), Mother Shipton's Cave (14 miles) and the woodlands of Nidd Gorge (13 miles). The cathedral city of Ripon (10.5 miles) and the bustling towns of Ilkley (18 miles), Knaresborough (14 miles) and Skipton (22 miles) are all within easy reach. On entering this beautiful property, you will find a light and attractive open plan lounge/kitchen. The lounge is an ideal space to relax in, with plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite music. Stepping outside, there's an elevated terrace to the rear of the property where you will find the private sheltered hot tub and bespoke semi circular seating. There's a lovely gravelled terrace to the front of the cottage with patio furniture and a hand built stone fireplace. The garden also features hand built stone walls, an old hawthorn tree, a ha ha and a lovely lawn.
