Local attractions include Brimham Rocks (3.5 miles), Mother Shipton's Cave (14 miles) and the woodlands of Nidd Gorge (13 miles). The cathedral city of Ripon (10.5 miles) and the bustling towns of Ilkley (18 miles), Knaresborough (14 miles) and Skipton (22 miles) are all within easy reach. On entering this beautiful property, you will find a light and attractive open plan lounge/kitchen. The lounge is an ideal space to relax in, with plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite music. The elegant kitchen has been beautifully prepared and features a ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, shaker style cupboards, a sleek worktop and a handy breakfast bar. A washing machine, dryer and additional sink are housed in the utility/boot room. Exploring the cottage further there's an attractive dining room which is a perfect spot for sharing a family meal. Heading upstairs you will find two cosy bedrooms: there's an inviting master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and an en suite shower room with WC. There's also a twin bedroom with TV, which can be made up as a super king size room on request. You will also find a family bathroom complete with a claw foot freestanding bath with hand held shower. Stepping outside, there's an elevated terrace to the rear of the property where you will find the private sheltered hot tub and bespoke semi circular seating. There's a lovely gravelled terrace to the front of the cottage with patio furniture and a hand built stone fireplace. The garden also features hand built stone walls, an old hawthorn tree, a ha ha and a lovely lawn.
