Fully renovated in 2018, Burton Cottage is a traditional fisherman’s cottage sitting in a unique location in Staithes and boasts magnificent views of the old village and harbour from the panoramic living room window. Within the cottage there is a fully modernised separate skylit kitchen, extremely spacious living and dining room complete with multi-fuel stove, 6ft farmhouse dining table, television and DVD player and a classical and retro vinyl collection for you to enjoy. The master bedroom is adorned with a luxurious king size bed and there are twin beds in the second bedroom. Renovated to a high standard whilst at the same time embellishing the character and style, Burton Cottage possesses all the curves and charm one would expect to find in a period property. The cottage is suitable for couples and families, we provide stair gates, children’s toys and books and a high chair and cot on request. This is a pet friendly cottage, with free unlimited WiFi and a car parking permit is provided. Please note that you can not directly park outside the property. You can park nearer for unloading purposes and then the car park is a 5 min walk away.
