The first floor offers a lovely bedroom with a super king size bed (which can be converted into twin beds) and a shower room with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with a double bed and a TV is located on the next floor. Additionally, there is a separate annexe across the passage path that can accommodate up to two additional guests.

While there is no private parking available, guests can purchase a long stay permit from Scarborough Council. Nearby attractions include the Sneaton Forest and Falling Foss Waterfall, as well as the option to take a 3-mile walk along the beach to Ravenscar.
