The house stands back from Burtersett Road, faces south and is just a few minutes walk to the main market place in Hawes in upper Wensleydale. Hawes is the perfect place to explore the Yorkshire Dales National park, on foot, by car or whichever way takes your fancy!

It is close to the three Yorkshire Peaks and Ribble Head Viaduct and has Garsdale Station of the Settle Carlisle Railway on its doorstep.
