Set in the chocolate box village of Giggleswick in the Yorkshire dales national park.
The cottage dates back to 1910, but having been extensively refurbished to a very high standard. There is a delightful courtyard garden with ample seating and a side gate to the beck. A 2 min walk along the beck to the village with excellent pub serving good food and fine ales. The property is 10 minutes walk from the market town of Settle plenty of amenities inc shops, restaurants, cafes, local market, swimming pool plenty of walks and settle Carlisle steam railway. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/diner, lounge with gas woodburner. Off street parking for 1 car ONLY , if you have additional vehicles please let the owner know in advance as parking is restricted. Walking from the door is excellent, the 3 peaks challenge, cycling heaven, plenty of local eateries all within spitting distance.
There are fields next to the cottage for your 4 legged pal to roam, all the pubs are dog friendly and even treats on the bar!

If you fancy the Settle to Carlisle steam train, then you are in the perfect place (early booking advised) or for those who just fancy a day out in the fabulous city of Leeds, just pop on the train and we have 2 stations locally, settle and Giggleswick.

Settle is a lovely market town with a weekly market, good butchers, gift shops, pubs x 3, take aways x 4, Co op supermarket, cycle shop (cycle hire available), views!!! views!!!

There are numerous cafes in the town and 2 train stations for exploring on foot but if you have a car and want to explore the neighbouring villages, you will not be disappointed, Malham cove, Grassington, Ingleton waterfalls, Aysgarth Falls, Stainforth Foss or even the Lake district which is only an hour away!

The cottage has a basket full of all the information you need you are wanting to walk, cycle, train, eat, sightsee, history, gardens to visit, stately homes etc.....

Sunnybeck cottage is an eclectic mix of old and new, with a traditional exterior and modern comforts inside including a fabulous kitchen for cooking.

Booths is our luxury supermarket in Settle and open 8am - 9pm.

We provide all the essentials you need from fresh coffee, toilet rolls all detergent etc.... Hairdryer, great WIFI, Smart TV, if you have a Netflix account then log in!

Families are very welcome, we have high chairs, children toys, stairgate, travel cot etc...

Your dog is part of your family and we want them to relax as much as you so we provide dog bowls, dog towels, bags, treats, pooches are VERY WELCOME!

We have 2 of our own and this is doggie heaven!

We permit up to 2 dogs and please let us know as additional fees apply to cover cleaning costs.

There is parking for 1 car outside the back door and additional parking is available on request and registration required, this is NOT available in the visitors space next to the cottage, that is not for our use.

This cottage is located in Settle. Ribblehead Viaduct and Force Gill Aqueduct are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Yorkshire Dales National Park and Malham Tarn. Kayaking and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cave exploring and cycling nearby.
