The Space:
The living room at Oxford House is spacious, yet cosy at the same time. It has a unique full width bay window with bustling street town-viewing bar table and stools. Relax on the lounge's plush corner sofa with round footstool where you can chill in front of the large wall-mounted flat screen smart TV which has streaming services and device mirroring. You can also enjoy the three-sided touch-start feature fireplace in the colder months.

Head to the kitchen-diner, just off from the living room, and you’ll find a delightful space. With marble effect granite surfaces and oval marble table with comfortable velvet chairs. The kitchen has a Siemens oven, microwave, induction hob and intergarted dishwasher appliances so that you can make the most of your self-catering stay in Harrogate, with the added bonuses of features such as a Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine, an ice and filtered water dispensing larder fridge freezer, ice bucket, wine bucket and cocktail making facilities.

The double height vaulted landing at Oxford House leads you to your two stunning en-suite bedrooms, along with the fantastic roof terrace.

Both welcoming sanctuaries, the lavish bedrooms at Oxford House boast flat screen TVs, comfy beds with luxurious pillows and linens, dressing tables with illuminated mirrors and hairdryers, a mirrored wardrobes for each guest and bedside tables with drawers for your things. Plenty of thought has gone into designing the bedrooms for ultimate guest comfort and you'll also have the added bonus of a safe in each bedroom.

Oxford House’s bedrooms also boast spa experience ensuite shower rooms with slate shower base and luxury high-drench rainfall showers with remote control so they are warm before you enter - no better way to start the day or to relax when you return home!

The property's excellent features don’t end inside. Outside you’ll find a generously sized alfresco lounge and dining rooftop sun terrace with stunning views of Harrogate and The Dales beyond, perfect for entertaining. The terrace has cushioned wicker lounge settees and stools, along with a matching coffee table. But that’s not it for outdoor features as guests also have use of a glass dining table with seating for up to six, great for inviting friends and family along, as well as an electric barbeque grill. The terrace has outdoor lighting and patio heaters so that you can enjoy the terrace on fine mornings and evenings all year round.

As you would expect of a luxury home, there is a utility room with a washing machine and clothes dryer, iron & ironing board, cordless vacuum cleaner, and storage for baby bath, portable cot and extra pillows. In the property atrium there’s a store room for bikes and for suitcases.

Oxford House has so many thoughtful touches and facilities to optimise your stay experience. You’ll enjoy superfast broadband Wifi throughout the property and on the rooftop sun terrace. The property has a constant fresh air conditioning system for ventilation and comfort. Every room has it's own independent heating control for your comfort. There’s keyless access to the glazed atrium and Oxford House accommodation for your convenience and security. Free parking for 1 car is included in the town centre Jubilee Car Park which is adjacent to the property for your absolute convenience. Finally, the entire building has an advanced fire and smoke detection alarm system and there is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket for your safety and peace of mind.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the property is via a keyless entry system.

Pay & display parking is available nearby. If using the Jubilee Car Park next door, parking charges will be reimbursed for one vehicle per stay. Further details will follow in your check-in instructions.

Air conditioning can be enjoyed throughout Oxford House in the warmer months, along with individual room heating systems for use in the colder months.

Guests are welcome to store bikes and sporting equipment in the secure cupboard, located off from the building atrium.

Nothing in Harrogate is more than a ten minute walk away from Oxford House, with shops, bars and restaurants just a few steps away from your entrance atrium. The owner of Oxford House is negotiating discounts for guests in some of Harrogate’s best bars, restaurants and beauty shops. Harrogate is one of Yorkshire’s most stylish locations. The Victorian town centre boasts striking historic buildings and lush gardens.

Harrogate’s Turkish Baths have been perfecting the art of relaxation since 1897 so if you’re looking to unwind, head straight there. Cosy bistros, cafes, restaurants and bars line the bustling streets. You’ll find the famous Betty’s tea room 5 minutes away on foot too.

There’s something for everyone when it comes to shopping. Whether you’re looking for antiques, arts and crafts, high-end fashion or jewellery – you’ll find plenty of unique stores and boutiques to discover.

Step outside of the centre and you’ll find the Yorkshire Dales on your doorstep. From the valleys to the peaks, there’s lots of varied landscapes to explore. Enjoy long walks, cycling, rock climbing, mountain biking, abseiling and much more!

Getting Around:
Local buses run throughout Harrogate with routes covering popular towns and idyllic villages. Hop on the No. 24 bus route which travels to Pateley Bridge, and enjoy the beauty of the local area as it journeys along the River Nidd through the rolling hills and moorland. Knaresborough and Ripon each have several routes so you can easily travel to those areas via bus.

Harrogate Train Station is a 10-minute walk away from Oxford House. Popular cities and towns such as York, Leeds and Knaresborough can easily be reached via rail.

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International Airport, 12 miles from Oxford House.
