The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a heated towel rail. The property is equipped with gas central heating, and amenities such as electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included. A welcome pack is also provided for guests upon arrival.

Outside, Whitby Gem features an enclosed courtyard with a sitting-out area and garden furniture, making it ideal for families with small children.
