This comfortable house is situated on the edge of Whitby in a cul-de-sac near the local shop where you can buy your groceries and newspapers. There is a very nice enclosed garden at the back of the house. Whitby town centre is about a mile away, but there is a bus service into town if you prefer not to walk.

The house is furnished and decorated to a good standard. On the ground floor is a lounge/dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. On the first floor is a bathroom with bath, shower over bath and toilet and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed. The latter is more suitable for a child as it has no wardrobe.
