This newly-built cottage is part of two rows of cottages situated in a quiet area off The Khyber Pass amidst buildings representing a much older part of Whitby a short walk into town and only 50 meters from West Cliff. The cottage is comfortably furnished and will prove the perfect base from which to explore Whitby and the surrounding countryside.

Six steps lead up to the front door. Entrance. Light and airy lounge. Large well-equipped kitchen/diner with back door leading to the street. All the ground floor has laminate flooring. Separate downstairs toilet and washbasin. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and dressing table. A bedroom with twin beds, dressing table with drawers and a bedroom with a single bed, dressing table and small chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a large cupboard on the landing with hanging space.
