The property is an immaculately presented, 3 bedroom, Victorian terraced beach house in Marske by the Sea. The property overlooks the Valley Gardens in a very quiet location (not suitable for groups) and is approximately 200m from the beautiful, unspoilt sandy beach. The sea at Marske is excellent and the water quality classification by the Environment Agency is "Excellent"", based on samples taken from 2015 through to 2018. Marske by the Sea is located between Saltburn and Redcar on the east coast of North Yorkshire. The property itself has a large lounge and dining room, a large kitchen with seating and a breakfast table. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms with king size beds and a very small (adult) single bedroom. The modern bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate walk in shower. To the rear of the property is a small courtyard. The entire property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It will suit families and couples wanting to explore the local North York moors and NY coast. The property offers all the usual home comforts. Superfast Wifi and Smart TV included.
The wonderful 8 mile stretch of beach provides a great doorstep walk to either Saltburn by the Sea or Redcar. Jump in the car and take a short drive to the N York moors or drive down the coast heading towards Whitby where you will find numerous small seaside villages perfect for a family day out. The historic fishing port of Whitby with its ancient abbey (Dracula's Castle) and Captain Cook's museum (winner of the Visit England gold award in 2013). Racegoers will enjoy a day at Redcar races and there are several golf courses all within easy reach. An ideal spot to enjoy the Yorkshire coast and moors all year round.
Parking directly to the front of the house only.
"This place (North Yorks) is huge when you really decide to come and visit. From quaint little village pubs, to massive ruined castles and abbeys hidden deep within the countryside. From Steam locomotives of the North York Moors Railway to cliff top country walks. Known to many people of Great Britain as 'God's Own County'. What more can I say. Go visit, but plan it well in advance."
