This delightful cottage on the owners working farm is nestled off the end of the farm lane, situated near to Kiplin Hall and Gardens. The area provides plenty of walks on the door step, including a river lookout that you take a break and sit whilst taking in the view. Visitors can enjoy visiting the historic hall, pizza picnics, long walks around the lake, the open space of the parkland. There is also a coast to coast path close by for those who enjoy walking or cycling. With just a short drive you can arrive in Richmond which is 9 miles away, Visit Easby Abbey and Richmond Castle or browse around the cobbled market square where the market comes every Saturday. Venture up the path to the cottage and take in the rural surroundings before heading inside into this charmingly appointed cottage. It has been decorated with a stylish yet homely interior, creating a welcoming environment for you to wind down in. It is ideal for families or friends up to five. The lounge to the right is a cosy room, with the two sofas and open fire are an enticing combination after a day out and about. For evening entertainment, the room has a TV. The kitchen is equipped for meal times with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, rustle up a feast and dine indoors at the table where you will find a wood burner or head out to the the garden and dine al fresco. There is a handy boot room and pantry which leads to the back garden, after a wet, muddy walk, hang your wet coats and boots behind here. Heading upstairs, a bathroom with bath and shower above and WC, along the landing are three well appointed bedrooms; a single, a double and a super king size zip and link. Outside are two gardens, front and back. The back garden is where you'll enjoy the last of the evening Sun sitting on the patio on the outdoor furniture with views of the owners farmland around. There is a small secure lockable garage, ideal for bike storage.
