A charming period cottage with beamed ceilings near the beach, this property has an interesting heritage being one of four cottages that Captain McGregor built for his four daughters in the early 1900s. A lovely cottage, ideal for families, it is an ideal base for a wonderful family holiday. This accommodation has a beach-inspired decor. The entrance leads to a beamed sitting room with comfortable seating, a bay window, a wood burning stove and TV/DVD. The hallway also leads to a the open plan kitchen/ dining room which seats up to five people overlooking the rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen with its granite work surfaces and original Yorkshire stone floors, has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a built-in wine rack and a washing machine and dryer. It is open plan with the dining room and leads to a small garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. To the front is a good-size family bedroom with double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has sea views and a 6′ super king bed. The house bathroom is tiled in quality white and blue Delft tiles with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus an electric shaver socket in-built into the over-basin mirror. Outside is a small lawn and planted borders with shrubs and plants plus a flagged terrace with a table and chairs.
