Skylark Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private.

Enter through the side door into the spacious open plan living area. To the left is the large kitchen with all the appliances you need. To the right is the dining space with extendable table and seating for 4-8. And in front, is the living area, with corner sofa and armchair, coffee table, log burner and TV/DVD.

From the living space, there are large bifold doors onto the front deck, ideal for catching the morning and afternoon sun.

Down the hall, there are two bedrooms. Main bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite wet room with rainfall shower and second bedroom with superking/twin beds, and ensuite bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower over.

We also provide a 4ft small double folding guest bed for the 5th guest (fits in the kitchen area) if required.

Off-road parking for 2 cars side by side. Log burner and underfloor heating make Skylark beach house cosy for breaks all year round. Ceiling fans in all rooms too.

The property has little extras like TVS in the lounge and bedrooms, and a Tassimo coffee machine. Lots of games, beach equipment, a hammock and more so you can pack light!

Located in Filey, this cottage is near theme parks and near the beach. Bridlington Priory and Sewerby Hall are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Bempton Cliffs and North York Moors National Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park, or check out an event or a game at Oliver's Mount Racing. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
