Short breaks not accepted at peak times. • Layout: Entrance to the property is via 12 steps and through a gate. • Parking: Scratchcards provided. • Mobility: Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed. Please note: rope bannister (between lower ground and ground floor) and steep cottage staircase (between ground floor and first floor) may not be suitable for less mobile guests
