This Cosy Home is a Beautiful Space for a Perfect Getaway or a Business Trip, The Property still has the original built in iron fireplaces and has a "home away from home" feel to it. With 2 King beds in 2 spacious rooms be sure to sleep like Royalty, with an additional pull out double bed located in the living room.

The Living Space has a 42" HD Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Prime TV for all of our guests to enjoy, along with board games under the Coffee Table. The Seating space will comfortably sit 6 guests with our Corner sofa and extra Single Chair located in the corner.

No Need to worry about WIFI as it is located as soon as you walk in with a QR code for you to scan to access it straight away, or as you walk into the living room there it is on the shelf if you prefer typing the code in manually.


Our York Property is in a convenient location with easy access to the city centre, with a hospital and bus routes nearby. We aim to make your stay one to remember as we feel like this isn't just a place, it's a home from home for all of our clients. The property comprises of 2 upstairs bedrooms each with king size beds, in the sitting room you will find a comfortable corner sofa which can be turned into a double bed. The property boasts a fully fitted well equipped kitchen, a fitted downstairs bathroom with a shower over bath it also features a cosy dining room which can seat up to 6 guests. Things like Wifi and Netflix are at a click of a button on our smart TV located in the living room. We hope you have a comfortable stay.
