On this floor you can find the spacious master bedroom with super kingsize bed and modern decor. The second bedroom can also be found on this floor. This room benefits from having a double bed with an overhead single bed. A stylish shower room is also on the same floor featuring partial tiling and fixed overhead shower.

A carpeted staircase leads up to the second floor of the property where the lounge and kitchen are located. The lounge comfortably seats 5 and features an LCD TV and DVD player. The kitchen benefits from solid wood worktops, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
