Set on the edge of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, ideal for cyclists having featured on the route for the Tour de Yorkshire. Explore the charming market towns of Leyburn and Middleham. Take a trip to the magnificent Jervaulx Abbey and Richmond Castle, worth a visit at any time of the year. A little further afield is Harrogate and the market town of North Allerton, indulge in some retail therapy and treat yourself to afternoon tea at the famous Betty s Tearoom or visit the Black Sheet Brewery in Masham. A warm welcome awaits as you enter the property into a spacious entrance hall with useful cloakroom for coats and boots and a ground floor separate WC, venture off the hallway you will find a beautiful lounge with wonderful views onto the garden and open countryside. Cosy up in front of the wood burner and enjoy a favourite film on the Smart TV or why not challenge your fellow guests to a board game. You have use of the property s enclosed paddock, great for some garden games and children to run around and play safely. The garage doubles as a games room for those days when the weather is inclement there is a table tennis, table football and darts. On a fine day you can throw open the doors, sit at the bench table with a drink, play some games and enjoy sweeping views. Play some music on the imitation juke box and have some fun.
