This beautiful property is part of a late Victorian mansion in the quiet and picturesque village of Scalby near Scarborough. It has been completely renovated to a high standard retaining many grand features such as original fireplaces, large rooms and ornate ceilings. It is ideal for extended families or to celebrate very special occasions in style. 

Accommodation:  grand entrance, hallway. Off the hallway is a utility room with shower, toilet, washbasin and washer/dryer. Through to a large kitchen with Range cooker, breakfast table and patio doors. Adjacent is the formal dining room. From the dining room you walk through to a stylish lounge with feature fireplace and 12 ft bay window looking out over the garden. Next to the lounge is the 'ballroom-sized' games room which houses a full-sized snooker table has comfortable seating and a feature fireplace. From the dining room stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The very large master bedroom has a king-size bed and built in wardrobes and the same large bay window as the lounge. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. Also a bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin and a second separate toilet with hand washbasin.
