Located on the top floor of the property, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms include Super King beds, which can be made up into twins if this would be more suitable for your stay, and the third bedroom has a single bed. The perfect spot for the whole family to get together, you can snuggle up and watch films after a full day of fun in Whitby. Open the double doors and you have access to a balcony with views across harbour. Ideal for relaxing, sit on the outdoor furniture and take in the stunning scenery of the river below.
Towards the back of the open plan space is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern with wooden cabinets, monochrome tiles and a statement, high shine black light feature. Fully equipped for all self-catering stays, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The Neighborhood:

Just a short walk will bring you to the town centre where you’ll find narrow, medieval streets dotted with shops, pubs and cafes. Explore boutiques selling Whitby Jet jewellery or try the local catch of the day in one of the many restaurants.
Head over the swing bridge which sits over the River Esk and you’ll find yourself on the West side of Whitby. Continue to Pier Road and you’ll find more cosy pubs and restaurants as well as fun arcades. Continue along the lively road until you reach the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts.
Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.
Getting Around:
The centre of Whitby is a short ten-minute walk from Harbour View House.
Whitby train station is less than 15-minutes away on foot so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
