In the historic seaside resort town of Scarborough, on a street looking out to sea, you can find Royal Victoria House in all its grandeur and glory; an incredible mid-terrace house set over four floors. Suited for a large family, a group of friends, or perhaps a mix of both, it sleeps fifteen guests within seven bedrooms, and is within minutes of the sea on foot. Enter the property and come into the lofty hallway where your eyes will dart up to the feature lamp shade, the high ceilings and general aura of excellence. On the ground floor you can find the sitting room to the front, adorned with muted colours of grey, black and cream, where a Smart TV sits in front of a huge corner sofa and a gas fire sits in the ornate fireplace, all before the tall bay windows; this is where you can all pile in after a fun-filled day. Also benefiting from the welcoming warmth is the dining room, boasting a woodburning stove, here you will be greeted by a huge table to seat the whole party for a celebratory meal, perhaps, atop stripped back original wooden floors and looking out onto the decking and pretty enclosed garden through the bi-folding doors. A hot tub lies at the end of the garden, while there is a lawned area for the children to run around, as well as seating on the decking to take in the sun on a warm day. Enjoy your morning coffees and breakfast sat at the breakfast bar reserved for those early risers, or look on as one or two of your loved ones cooks up a hearty full English for the whole gang on the gas range cooker. Moving upstairs to the first and second floors is where you can find the beautifully furnished bedrooms, with seven in total including three king-size rooms, two family rooms, a double and a single, with over half benefiting from en-suite shower rooms, you can all have a taste of luxury. For those without an en-suite you can make use of the wonderful shared bathroom on the first floor, complete with freestanding bath and a large walk-in shower within a sparkling white setting. Sat at the top of the house on the third floor is the children's hideout or games room, where plush seating, bean bags and a TV with consoles and games can entertain the little ones for hours! The town of Scarborough has so much to offer, and you are just minutes away from the seafront from your front door, take evening strolls along the promenade, dine out at one of the fine restaurants available, or simply get some fish and chips and sit on the beach. Head to Scarborough Castle to learn about the local history, or treat yourself to a trip to Scarborough Spa for an exciting show with events and shows all year round. Royal Victoria House is a magnificent property, waiting to be a home-from-home for you and your loved ones.
