Venture upstairs to choose your bedroom, each room unique and tastefully decorated. Explore the first floor where you will find two king rooms, both providing en-suite bathrooms. A spacious master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and en-suite, and a double bedroom. All with great storage. In the morning, indulge in a soak amongst the bubbles in the family bathroom, or choose an invigorating shower to start your day. Climb up another flight of stairs to the second floor to discover two spacious twin rooms.

Once you’re ready to begin your day, firstly start with a hearty breakfast from the local café situated a 1-minute walk from Little Garth. Longhoughton is a pretty, little coastal village only 4 miles East of the famous historic market town of Alnwick. Alnwick offers a wide array of amenities including a cinema/playhouse, restaurants, independent shops, and a variety of pubs available. Alnwick Castle, home to the Duke of Northumberland and film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts! is a popular visitor attraction and is only a gentle stroll away from the town centre. Don’t forget to visit the Alnwick Gardens; a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden, including a grand cascade waterfall and poison garden and guests can dine in the restaurant of the largest tree house in Europe.

Located in Alnwick, this cottage is on a river. Howick Hall and Alnwick Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Alnmouth Village Golf Club and Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre. Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden and Eshott Heugh Animal Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
