A door leads into the cosy bedroom with a double bed and open storage. The bathroom has a P shaped bath with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, the enclosed, patio garden has a bench seat to relax on with your morning coffee and there is a table and seating on the decked area for al fresco dining. Beyond the garden is an open, green space shared with neighbouring properties. Allocated parking for one car is located in the parking area less than 50 meters from the property.
