1 Field View is one of a pair of quaint stone cottages that have been thoughtfully designed to blend in perfectly with the existing renovated Grade II listed buildings at Northfield Farm in Warkworth. It offers luxury accommodation for 4 people with a welcome pack on arrival and towels and Egyptian cotton bedding supplied for your stay. The cottage is also dog friendly (max 2 well behaved dogs - additional fee applies).

To the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom located off the main hallway. These single beds can be converted to a super king bed upon request. There is a separate shower room/WC located along the hallway from the bedroom.

The living room / dining kitchen, also located off the main hallway, offers a cosy area with flat screen TV, blueray DVD player and a wood burning stove for those cold winter evenings. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The dining kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and has all of the usual kitchen equipment to ensure you have a home from home environment. There is a dining table and four chairs in the dining area.

From the kitchen diner there are patio doors leading out to an enclosed garden and patio area which has outdoor dining facilities and a gas BBQ. The patio area looks out over arable fields towards Shortridge Hall and a glimpse of Warkworth Castle can be seen in the distance.

A master bedroom is located upstairs with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with an over bath shower and screen.

A high chair and travel cot are available on request if you are travelling with a baby or young toddler. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply cot bedding.

There are 2 parking spaces available close to the property.

Located in Morpeth, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Warkworth Castle and Alnwick Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Northumberland Coast and Queen Elizabeth II Country Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Lilidorei at The Alnwick Garden and Eshott Heugh Animal Park. Kayaking and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.
