Located just 10 miles away is Alnwick, home to the world-famous Garden, which includes Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden, and an ornamental walled garden. The village itself is home to a shop with a post office, coffee shop, pub, and restaurant. The school of "Harry Potter" was filmed at the castle, making it even more well-known. With miles of golden sand beaches, dozens of castles, and boat trips to the world-famous Farne Islands all within easy reach, Alnwick is a great place to visit.
